Having spent 35 years in Wells, Jen has a thorough understanding of the area’s real estate market and the needs of vacation property owners and renters alike.
As a successful Realtor and vacation rental specialist, Jen is dedicated to helping property owners maximize their investment while providing guests with memorable, seamless experiences. Known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and compassionate approach, Jen ensures that every property under her management is impeccably cared for and that every guest enjoys a stress-free stay.
When she’s not caring for clients and guests, Jen enjoys walking along the beach and collecting sea glass—a reflection of her appreciation for the beauty and tranquility of coastal Maine. Kim was born and raised in Wells, Maine, and has lived here for 25+ years. After living in Colorado for several years, she returned to her roots in southern Maine in the summer of 2013, needing to be closer to family and to give her children a simpler lifestyle—Kim’s philosophy: when raised near the ocean, it’s in your soul.
With a successful background as a regional sales representative in outdoor recreation, Kim transitioned to real estate. Her deep community connection, fostered through volunteer work, reflects her passion for helping people.
As a dedicated and knowledgeable local realtor, Kim extends her expertise to Oceans Dreams Vacation Rental and Management, assisting clients beyond real estate transactions. Kim’s approach to rental management mirrors her personal investment, treating each property as if it were her own.
