My stay at Calm Seas Cottage was perfect. Jen and Kim were great hosts and very accommodating. They responded to my questions in an efficient manner and were friendly. The cottage was so cute, clean, and had plenty of natural light! Great location for exploring all of what Wells has to offer. Thank you!

Our stay here was wonderful! We have been coming to Wells for years and always stayed at a hotel. So glad we chose to stay at Kim's this year instead. So clean, right near everything and all the amenities you need. Kim was extremely responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make our stay great, 10 out of 10!

Overall this is a great place to stay. It is very clean and a great location. It was only a few minutes to walk to the beach or drive to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Easy to check in with lockbox and spot on instructions from the host. I read the response as to why the cleaning fee is so high, but there was a lot required of us to do prior to leaving. With 4 of us trying to get out so early, I hope we didn’t miss anything. Although I understand the high fee, it is just a bit much on top of the $65 service fee and $40 for another fee or taxes. So what was advertised as $150 a night, $300 expected for my stay, the end number was almost double at $578. I’m sure the summer is enjoyable at this cottage, but the fall was nice too. The heat works extremely well. The sun shining in is very warm. The view is still great. The ocean is still beautiful. If you can afford this location, you will enjoy your stay. The host and place itself was great. Thanks for the stay!

We LOVED this home! Kim thought of everything, from laundry detergent to kids games to clips for chip bags for the beach. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. The entire home itself was very clean, but there was plenty of decor and accessories to make it feel cozy. We will absolutely be staying with Kim again! This stay was so convenient for us, and we will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends/family. Thank you Kim!

Thank you so much Kim!! We had a wonderful weekend at Harbor View Cottage for my sister’s 60th birthday. The cottage looks out on the marsh and we were treated to daily encounters with the herons and out on the spit of land at the end of a dirt path…a bald eagle! We were able to really enjoy the wildlife due to the binoculars that were left for us to use. The cottage itself was wonderful. Clean with a brand new refrigerator and Keurig Duo coffee maker. I understand a new dishwasher is to be installed for the spring season, although as l explained to Kim, we weren’t intending on eating in…we were 4 women on vacation! If you wanted to cook however, the cottage has everything needed, including wrap, foil and baggies of assorted sizes. The only thing we couldn’t find were ice cube trays for the freezer, but as Hannaford’s is right up the street, we picked up a bag of ice that lasted the weekend. If Kim will have us back, we will definitely be back! ❤️

Lovely family home that we were fortunate enough to enjoy. You will find the home tastefully decorated, modern, and with stunning views from the wall of windows overlooking the York River to the side deck and patio off the master bedroom. If you are looking to get away and take in some relaxing vistas and enjoy every creature comfort, this is the home for you. Working with Kim was effortless and she was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

The original place was double booked somehow and she immediately worked on accommodations for my family and found us a great place on the beach. My family was very happy with the place as well and we enjoyed our stay so much and she couldn’t have been more helpful!! Would definitely rent any place she had because she was a great host!!!!

This place was a wonderful home away from home! It was very clean and extremely lovely and homey inside. Kim was very attentive to the instructions on key retrieval and anything else that needed responding too. I highly recommend staying here and will be staying again with them for sure!!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was a short walk to Wells Beach. Loved the privacy and the view from the deck was great. We enjoyed watching the Egrets feeding and flying over the marsh. Loved the decor in the cabin it was very much a seaside getaway, loved the colors and brightness it was very refreshing. We will be back next year!

Kims place was wonderful. We had a great time there. Everything was very clean, well organized and clutter less. Great location, far enough from town but not too either. One of my favorite Airbnb places now! Definitely would be back next year on our annual Maine trip!
